1 General Rules and Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between zk444 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "player"). These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Each individual may open only one account. Having more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

zk444 may request documents for identity verification at any time. We accept national identity cards, passports or driving licences, and utility bills or bank statements for address verification. The ownership of the payment method must match the information provided at registration.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. You must follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. zk444 will not be held liable if your account is used without your authorisation.

3.1 Account Suspension or Closure

zk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, fraudulent activity, violation of the Terms, or suspicion of illegal activity.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

zk444 ensures secure and fast payment processing. Our payment policies are as follows:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where foreign currency conversion is required, the bank's prevailing exchange rate may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zk444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting any offer:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit applies, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus: the combined amount of deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times (15x).
• The welcome bonus applies only once per player.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period — if the bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled.
• Using more than one bonus at the same time is not possible, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Certain games may be required to be played using bonus funds — read the terms of each offer separately.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk444 platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity, fake documents, or another person's information.
• Operating more than one account for the same individual (multi-accounting).
• Conducting artificial or fraudulent activity for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Colluding with other players or attempting to manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk444 staff or other players.

In the event of any of the above violations, zk444 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
